Mykehia Curry, an 18 year-old student from Georgia who came from a poor family background, took student loans to pay for her tuition and housing at Albany State University. Her mother couldn't afford her fees because of her state of health; neither could her grandmother.
This young lady needed some money for some things she needed to buy before leaving home, but the money was not in sight. With little hope where the money could come from, she did the unusual.
Just a day before she was scheduled to leave for school, she asked God for help. She wrote a note, tied it to three helium balloons that were left over in her grandmother's birthday celebration and let them go.
She wrote the following, "GOD, PLEASE HELP ME GET THE REST OF MY STUFF FOR COLLEGE. AMEN. I LOVE YOU GOD."
The balloons flew 15 miles northeast and carried the note to Gray, Georgia, where the Baptist Minister, Jerome James found it while he was doing a job. He said, "I saw something shiny and floating, so I walked over there and I got it and it was a balloons with a note tied to it. They floated all night and they landed right in my hands, I mean, practically."
He called Mykehia and offered to buy her all she needed. Today, Mykehia has become the first member of her family to go to college.
Mykehia found help from someone she never knew or met before.
Listen!
In your need today and forever, God will bring people to help you. People you don't even know like that of Mykehia.
You see, miracles are still happening. God is showing up for people in time of needs and you're among. The only thing Mykehia did was to say a simple prayer of Hope and she had Faith that God can come to her aid even at the last seconds. That will also be your story this year.
You will find help in an unexpected manner.
Is anything too hard for the LORD? (Genesis 18:14) Ofcourse nothing...
It's my prayer that you shall experience the favour of God this day and forever in your life.
God bless you....
